Tiffani is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience across legal, nonprofit, and cultural institutions. Known for her strategic mindset and practical expertise, Tiffani has led workforce planning, policy development, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives that strengthen teams and drive long-term success.
Most recently, she served as Director of People and Culture at the Norman Rockwell Museum where she led initiatives in leadership development, total rewards enrollment, succession planning, and policy compliance. Under her guidance, the museum saw a 40% increase in internal promotions and improved organizational alignment across departments. In 2024, she stepped down to become President of the League of Women Voters of Rensselaer County, where she focused on increasing civic participation and promoting ethical leadership. In 2025, Tiffani resigned from the League in accordance with its nonpartisan guidelines to run for public office.
Throughout her career, Tiffani has held senior HR roles in nonprofit and private-sector organizations, overseeing strategic planning, talent development, performance systems, and compliance. Community Roots
Tiffani grew up on 9th Street in Troy. Today she remains on the East Side, raising her children near where she spent her formative years. Her roots in the city are strong — her father coached basketball at the Capital District YMCA, and she continues that tradition of service by volunteering regularly with the YMCA and supporting youth and family programming.
Tiffani began her higher education at Hudson Valley Community College before transferring to SUNY Albany, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. She is also a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and has completed advanced training in organizational leadership and workforce strategy.
